Katie joined Urban Jungle in July 2024, excited to bring claims experience into the company and help grow and develop the department. She has worked within the insurance industry for the past 6 years, 4 of which were in the Counter-Fraud sector where she has meticulously investigated claims, people, companies and trends. This has allowed her to understand the importance of clear policy wordings, timely decisions, loss ratios as well as the customer journey. 

At Urban Jungle, Katie is very excited to fill a new role of Senior Claims Associate, she hopes to help shape the new claims team, and ensure it is running as smoothly and efficiently as possible, while of course keeping the loss ratio as low as we can. 

Outside of work, Katie enjoys roller skating, adrenaline based activities (AKA Skydiving, bungee jumping, etc.), driving, seeing live music and going out with friends.
