About the role

We’re taking everything we've learnt from building our own brand and using it to partner with some of the world's biggest names. Our goal? To bring our products to even more people through working with major retailers, supermarkets, banks, and more.

Partnerships are a fast-growing part of our business, and we’re looking for a driven, enthusiastic Partnerships Associate to join our team and help drive our next phase of growth. 

In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to work with some of the world's biggest brands to scale and expand our product offering. Working across the entire Partnerships lifecycle, with a focus on winning new, high-impact partnerships, you’ll make a significant impact on our business from the get-go.

You'll be joining a small but nimble team, working closely alongside our Partnerships Manager and Chief Commercial Officer. As you’ll be joining the function at an early stage, you’ll get tons of responsibility and visibility within the wider business.


Here's what you'll get up to:

  • Building and strengthening relationships with our current partners to drive long-term success.
  • Uncovering new opportunities through research and analysis to fuel our growth and business development.
  • Help drive new partnership launches, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
  • Prepping for and actively participating in business development meetings with potential partners.
  • Working cross-functionally across the UJ team to supercharge our partnership goals and make a real impact.
  • Supporting the Partnerships Manager, CCO, and senior team with the highest priorities for the Partnerships team.

About our offer

We’re taking an office-centric approach to work (with lots of flexibility built-in) and the team is based in Oval, London.
