Who is Tenants Liability Insurance for?
Tenants Liability Cover is for renters/tenants. Often your landlord or letting agent will recommend it, although under new laws they can’t force you to take out a policy.
Our standalone Tenants Liability Insurance policy is most suited to people who don’t have a lot of stuff or are being advised to buy it by their landlord or letting agent.
We include Tenants Liability Insurance with our Contents Insurance at no extra cost, so if you have stuff that needs cover as well as covering your landlord’s things, that could be the policy for you. And the best part? It starts from just £5 a month.
Our Tenants Liability Cover offers you broad protection, and is designed to meet landlord and letting agent’s requirements helping you to stress less. Plus, at just £55 a year for £5,000 of cover, it’s easy on your bank balance.
Our stand alone Tenants Liability Insurance is just £55 a year for £5,000 of cover, or £65 a year for £10,000 of cover.
